I’m Steve Ford. I run FordFinds and I’m a Realtor with Great Move Realty, based in Canton, Stark County, Ohio. I work with residential buyers and sellers across Northeast Ohio, mainly in Stark and Summit counties.

I help you make sense of the whole deal — the house, its condition and systems, what it’s worth, financing, paperwork, and the people involved — so you can make a good decision. My background in home inspection and appraisal helps me understand, interpret, and evaluate inspection and valuation details, ask better questions, and talk value in terms that matter to appraisers — so their opinion of the home is as strong and well-supported as it can be. I’m the Realtor who helps you understand how all those pieces fit together — and I bring in the right experts when we need them.

That can mean teaching a first-time homebuyer how the process works, helping someone moving outside the city understand wells and septic, working through the extra considerations that come with lake and lake-view properties, or figuring out what to do when an inspection, appraisal, financing issue, or closing problem changes the plan. Some deals are simple. Some aren’t. Either way, I want you to understand what you’re looking at and why it matters.
